Dr Shagun Chengappa

Shagun graduated in Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1993. In 2001, she obtained a post graduate qualification in Prosthodontia. Before coming to Sydney Australia in 2006, she and her husband ( Dr. Sona Chengappa) had successful dental practice in Kathmandu, Nepal from 1994 to 2005. In 2007 January, She joined Queensland Health Services in Townsville. She worked as a Principle dentist in Wentworthville Medical Centre from 2007 to 2010. Since 2010 she has been working for Australian Health Management, Paramatta. Shagun is passionate about dentistry and is highly regarded in the profession where she is renowned for her technical excellence. The well being and comfort of patients are her primary concerns and her genuine empathy with patients and obvious skill have won her a loyal patient base. Shagun is interested in continuing education and training in order to achieve the smile and confidence that her patients deserve. She is kind and caring with excellent communication skills. She has particular interest in Cosmetic dentistry, Restorative dentistry and Prosthodontics ( Dentures,crowns & Bridges). Shagun enjoys long walks, reading books. She loves spending time with her husband and her two children. She also likes to spend her free time in gardening.
